Scope: Furniture design and fabrication for renovation of newly purchased 1950’s Kailua residence, updated to a mid-century modern design.
Highlight: The owner of this home is Danish-American and originally from Solvang, a little Danish village in California. Since our owner and designer Barret Werk shares this Danish heritage and also California roots, there was a great connection to a commonly understood aesthetic. Barret created a collection of mid-century modern furniture that celebrates the Danish design they both grew up in with a modern twist and a touch of Hawaii.
